      1. \u00a0 <\/strong>The minutes for the meeting held on 28th<\/sup> January were agreed subject to the addition of \u2018End\u2019 to the heading of sub-para 6.3<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Matters Arising from the Minutes:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          • Planning Board Post Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Amalgamation.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            It appeared that the new combined Council, through recent discussions of the Shadow Council had the intention to have a single Planning Board, rather than three.<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Bournemouth University Graduate History Project.<\/strong>\u00a0 Work is in progress and shaping up well.<\/li>\n
            • Caroline Peach Meeting. \u00a0<\/strong>The meeting on 22nd<\/sup> February was postponed due to sickness so a new date is being arranged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              1. The Planning Policy Steering Group:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                  \n
                • No news, date of future meeting awaited. Status of the Group post local government reorganisation to be raised at Caroline Peach meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  1. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Built Environment. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    6.1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A338\/Wessex Fields.\u00a0 <\/strong>Plans were approved by the Council, decision relating to the<\/p>\n

                    \u2018call-in\u2019 by the Secretary of State are awaited<\/p>\n

                    6.2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Carillion Oil.\u00a0 <\/strong>The rig will be on site for another month. \u00a0Local councils were<\/p>\n

                    dismayed that there was no consultation before this extension was agreed.<\/p>\n

                    6.3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Beale Place.\u00a0 <\/strong>Pedestrianisation and improvements work proceeding<\/p>\n

                    6.4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Boscombe and Pokesdown Neighbourhood Plan.\u00a0 <\/strong>First meeting was on 16th<\/sup> was<\/p>\n

                    attended by Elaine, minutes have been received and circulated.<\/p>\n

                    6.5\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bournemouth Town Centre Vision.\u00a0 <\/strong>Signed off by the Council<\/p>\n

                    6.6\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Belgravia Hotel.\u00a0 <\/strong>Echo coverage since Harry Redknap owns the Company that<\/p>\n

                    wishes to redevelop the hotel which is currently occupied by former homeless people.<\/p>\n

                    6.7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Radcliffe Court.\u00a0 <\/strong>Latest plans awaiting scrutiny by John Soane so will feature in next<\/p>\n

                    monthly digest.<\/p>\n

                    6.8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Purple Flag.\u00a0 <\/strong>A meeting took place on February 5th<\/sup> of the Town Centre Partnership<\/p>\n

                    and good feedback from the Purple Flag submission was noted.<\/p>\n

                      • Michelgrove House. <\/strong>No news.<\/li>\n
                      • Regent Cinema. <\/strong>No news so keeping a watching brief.<\/li>\n
                      • Nuffield Hospital, Lansdowne Road. <\/strong>John Soane to scrutinise the plans<\/li>\n
                      • The Triangle. <\/strong>See John Soane\u2019s report<\/li>\n
                      • 5 Woodland Avenue. <\/strong>This is a heritage asset outside the conservation area.\u00a0 Ken and James raised their concern over potential redevelopment with MPs, Civic Voice and councillors after being contacted by Pam Ruthven.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          • 41 West Hill Road\/7-11 Poole Hill.\u00a0 <\/strong>Overall this was a good redevelopment,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            particularly along West Hill Road.\u00a0 English Heritage had demanded that the stables at the back of the Pembroke Hotel be retained but they were in such poor repair that this<\/p>\n

                            was not practical.\u00a0 The recommendation was to defer pending detail improvements<\/p>\n

                              \n
                            • 637-639 Charminster Road and 1-7 Luckham Road.\u00a0 <\/strong>The plans for 3 dwellings and 6 \u00a0flats fulfilled the Council\u2019s townscape policies and should be approved<\/li>\n
                            • 8 Cardigan Road.\u00a0 <\/strong>(Former Winton Post Office) \u2013 the proposed 16 flats over ground<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                              floor offices should be approved<\/p>\n

                              • Southwood Lodge, 36-40 Southwood Road.\u00a0 <\/strong>The designs of the planned 8 houses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
