      1. Minutes.\u00a0 <\/strong>The minutes for the meeting held on 23rd<\/sup> July were agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. \u00a0 Matters Arising from the Minutes. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \u00a0 4.1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cultural Strategy.\u00a0 <\/strong>A copy of the Strategy has been received.<\/p>\n

          4.2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Cultural Development Fund.\u00a0 <\/strong>Elaine attended the meeting, James has received a<\/p>\n

          copy of the submission which had been circulated around the Committee.<\/p>\n

          1. \u00a0 The Planning Policy Steering Group. <\/strong>There have been no meetings since the<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            last meeting but one was expected soon .<\/p>\n

            1. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Built Environment. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              \u00a0\u00a06.1\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0A338\/RBH Access Roads.\u00a0 <\/strong>Peter reported the plans will go to the Planning Board<\/p>\n

              soon.<\/p>\n

              \u00a0 6.2\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Purple Flag.\u00a0 <\/strong>Ken reported that the the 2018 submission has been endorsed and Jon<\/p>\n

              Skip has noted there would be a meeting soon.<\/p>\n

              \u00a0 6.3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Town Centre Management Plan Public Consultation.\u00a0 <\/strong>Awaiting news following<\/p>\n

              Public Consultation that Jean and Hilda attended.<\/p>\n

              6.4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Queens Park Neighbourhood Plan. <\/strong>James and Ken had offered support and advice<\/p>\n

              to the Neighbourhood Forum.<\/p>\n

              6.5\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pokesdown Neighbourhood Plan.<\/strong> Regulation 16 consultation by the Council will<\/p>\n

              take place between 20th<\/sup> September and 2nd<\/sup> November.\u00a0 Elaine will attended their<\/p>\n

              AGM.<\/p>\n

              \u00a0 6.6\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Richmond Gardens Student Accommodation Plans.\u00a0 <\/strong>John Soane had contacted<\/p>\n

              Pegasus and given them the Society\u2019s views on the proposals.<\/p>\n

              1. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Heritage and Conservation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                \u00a0 7.1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Westover Road Cinemas. <\/strong>Appeals dismissed. James had spoken with the Echo. It<\/p>\n

                was hoped that a theatre impresario might take an interest in The Regent now. It was<\/p>\n

                thought that judicial reviews of the decisions might be made by the owner.<\/p>\n

                \u00a0 7.2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cliff End Hotel.<\/strong> \u00a0Plans allowed despite officers\u2019 recommendation to refuse.<\/p>\n

                7.3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hicks Farm, Throop.\u00a0 P<\/strong>ublic consultation on the proposals had taken place. A<\/p>\n

                update would be requested at forthcoming meeting with Andrew England.<\/p>\n
