• 40-42 Ashley Road. The proposals were excessive for the site.

                            • 73 Alumhurst Road. The plan to replace a nursing home with 5 houses was good

                            • 3 Benellen Avenue. The proposed design was hideous and improvement was needed

                            • 2 Lorne Park Road. The proposed extra two storeys needed improved fenestration

                            • West Hants Lawn Tennis Club. The proposed grounds men’s hut and gymnasium

were out of view from adjacent roads and satisfactory

                              • Radcliffe Court. Balcony changes showed improved balance but could be even better if further modified.

                              • Rear of 71-81 Southbourne Grove. The proposed conversion of buildings to

                                dwellings was totally inappropriate.

                                • 24 Percy Road. The revised plan for flats did not meet the required standard.

                                • 25 Norwich Road. The proposal to convert workshops into flats should be rejected

as the plan offered insufficient light into the dwellings.

                                  • 2 Petersfield Road. Too many small houses for the site – not consistent with

                                    • 8 Carbery Avenue. The planned building was too large for the site and there had

                                      • Wessex Fields/A338. The access road from Ringwood on the A338 was satisfactory but the dumbbell sweep of the return road towards Holdenhurst Village risked damaging that village, opening up the green belt for development and the historic barn would need to be demolished.

                                      • 318-324 Holdenhurst Road. The replacement of the car repair workshop with 4

                                          • 8A Wharfedale Road. The proposal to add two storeys to the student block was

                                            excessive.
