          1. Built Environment.\u00a0 No report<\/strong><\/li>\n
          2. \u00a0\u00a0Heritage and Conservation.<\/strong>\n

            • Regent Cinema (ex Odeon). <\/strong>An outline scheme for conversion to an Arts Centre has been produced making flexible use of the space.\u00a0 The only major construction would<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              be for a new roof.<\/p>\n

                \n
              • 80 Old Christchurch Road.<\/strong> The windows needed retaining in timber not replacing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                in upvc.\u00a0 A reply from the Council is awaited.<\/p>\n

                • 17 Stourwood Avenue. <\/strong>This building is not listed but its demolition would be a tragedy.\u00a0 The Council is unsure and more information is needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    • 1A Warren Edge Road. <\/strong>A plan to replace a bungalow with six semis \u2013 two at front, one at rear.\u00a0 This is too much for site and rear semis should be replaced with single<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      dwelling.\u00a0 Ground floor windows should be redesigned.<\/p>\n

                      • 7 East Overcliff Drive. <\/strong>The revised proposal is similar to the already rejected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        original and is totally inappropriate for this position<\/p>\n

                        • 17 Stourwood Avenue. <\/strong>See above,\u00a0 Wrong style, too big and out of place<\/li>\n
                        • Florence Road. <\/strong>The existing building should be adapted, not demolished<\/li>\n
                        • 25 McKinley Road. <\/strong>The proposed additional extension would create a shapeless<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          building, inappropriate to the area.\u00a0 Should be refused.<\/p>\n

                          • Tregonwell Road. <\/strong>A totally inappropriate replacement of the existing building<\/li>\n
                          • 7 Beechwood Avenue1. <\/strong>The post-modernist design would be the first degradation of<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            this road<\/p>\n

                            7.8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 95 Palmerston Road.\u00a0 <\/strong>The proposed flats would be wrong for this site<\/p>\n
