                    • Westover Road Cinemas. <\/strong>The \u2018ABC\u2019 plan had been rejected<\/li>\n
                    • Cliff End Hotel. <\/strong>We are waiting details of \u00a0a meeting with Meyrick Estate and their<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      architect.<\/p>\n

                      • Boscombe and Pokesdown. <\/strong>A meeting considering the local plan was imminent.<\/li>\n
                      • Echo Building.<\/strong> Waiting for information from Peter Tisdale of\u00a0 THAT Group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          • 5-7 Priory Road (Trouville Hotel). <\/strong>The plan to replace the hotel with a six storey block of flats (35 residential and 10 holiday) was more or less satisfactory, but improvements to the fenestration was needed.\u00a0 No car parking \u2013 nearest at Avenue Road or the BIC?<\/li>\n
                          • 97 Ashley Road (Portman Hotel). <\/strong>The proposed extension and creation of 23 flats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            and one house was not satisfactory \u2013 the flats were too small<\/p>\n

                            • 16 Vale Road. <\/strong>The design for the proposed 9 flats required improvement<\/li>\n
                            • 1-5 Hendford Road. <\/strong>The proposed infill for two houses \u2013 much too small.<\/li>\n
                            • 115-123 Seabourne Road. <\/strong>The proposed 3rd<\/sup> storey extension should be deferred<\/li>\n
                            • 647 Christchurch Road. <\/strong>A second floor extension to create flats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                              1. Planning Sub-Committee.\u00a0 <\/strong>The Society\u2019s Planning Sub-Committee did not need<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                1. Planning Board Observations.\u00a0 <\/strong>Elaine attended the meeting on 20th<\/sup> November\n

                                  • Dean Park Cricket Ground. <\/strong>Plans were rejected.<\/li>\n
                                  • Durley Road Car Park. <\/strong>The plans for the car park were exhibited at the Hallmark Hotel.\u00a0 Concern was expressed at the lack of replacement parking \u2013 nearest would be<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                    Avenue Road<\/p>\n

                                      \n
                                    • 40 Florence Road. <\/strong>The proposed replacement of a Victorian Villa with minute flats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                      was rejected.<\/p>\n

                                        \n
                                      • St Alban\u2019s Rest Home. <\/strong>The proposal to replace the rest home with two blocks of flats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                        was granted.<\/p>\n

                                          \n
                                        • Old Fire Station, Wimborne Road. <\/strong>The refurbished flats were to a high standard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                          1. Communications Timetable. \u00a0<\/strong>Ken and Beryl will have draft Newsletter and 2018 Activities Sheet to Marquee Print by 11th<\/sup> December ready for Sally to envelope over Christmas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
